PROJECT DESCRIPTION

EC Specialist Contractors Ltd recently completed a full interior fit-out for our client in the Anatomy Room within the Medical School of the world-famous University of Edinburgh. The scope of works required the complete strip out of the two Anatomy receiving rooms right back to the bare brick walls. This was followed by a programme of specialist fit out works including new wall linings, joinerywork, builderwork, M&E services, full new ceilings, decoration, flooring, bespoke joinery cabinetry and stainless-steel shelving.

All works were delivered and completed before the contractual completion date thus allowing the upgraded facilities to be fully operational earlier than anticipated. The project handed over with zero defects and was delivered within budget all to the delight of a very satisfied client.
