PROJECT DESCRIPTION
EC Specialist Contractors Ltd completed a full interior fit-out of the Scottish Women’s Aid office facilities within their premises at Rose Street Edinburgh.
The scope of works required the complete strip out of the exiting floor plate followed by a programme of specialist fit out works including M&E Services alterations (lighting and new heating), installation of a new suspended ceiling system, toilets refurbishment (IPS & sanitaryware), a new staff kitchen facility, the supply and installation of a bespoke reception desk, with full redecoration and new floor coverings throughout.
All works were delivered and completed as planned within a short programmed timescale ensuring the greatly improved working environment was handed over to the client allowing the Scottish Women’s Aid services to be fully operational on the planned dates, minimising disruption to the very important service this organisation provides.
